With over 10 offices, this Broker is looking to grow throughout the UK. This particular role we have in Birmingham is to join their established team managing commercial clients.
What are they looking for?
Working within this respected organisation you will join a highly successful insurance team. This position is based upon a consultative approach to developing new business with mid-corporate high end clients within the commercial risks sector. The role will be based in their Birmingham Office 3 days a week and 2 homeworking and your primary responsibility will be generation of new business across the regions to further develop you book of clients.
This will involve:
Proactive generation of new business through networking, relationship building and attending industry related events with colleagues.
Managing new relationships and maintaining existing ones for growth.
Maintaining a balanced pipeline for future revenues by sourcing new prospects using the above.
Engaging and communicating effectively with senior level decision makers.
Collaborating with other internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients.
Developing a high level of product knowledge within the professional insurance sector with full assistance and training from the business.
