As an Account Handler within our growing team, you will be crucial to the success of an ambitious, expanding local business. Handling a book of new and existing accounts you will be responsible for delivering fantastic customer service and utilising your specialist knowledge for the benefit of your clients.
You will have experience within Personal/commercial insurance and use this to think creatively to offer bespoke solutions for your customer base. Ideally, you will have an understanding and/or experience of claims handling.
This is a growing business and you will be expected to use your knowledge to help support agents and developers in attaching new accounts in specialist sectors.
You will also support the agents and office manager on continuous improvement and engagement, while helping process a number of strategic campaigns. Driven and efficient, you inspire trust in those around you and with your experience in a fast paced office/retail role, you know how to solve problems ad-hoc and display the characteristics of an experienced team member.
