Associate Broker

We've been retained to lead the search for an Associate Broker to join a leading mergers and acquisitions insurance broking practice to provide high level, technical and commercial support to a team of experienced Transactional Risks brokers across North America. The team focus on advising private equity funds and strategic buyers on the structuring and placement of representations and warranties insurance - the product protects buyer and seller interest within the event of an M&A transaction. The business operates within the premium space (£50m - £15bn) advising on complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.

We are looking to talk to individuals with exposure to the insurance market, big law or big 4 within a transactional / M&A driven role. You will also have appetite to build a long-term career within fast paced, M&A driven environment.
