A rare, senior Executive opportunity has arisen in the Leeds commercial broking market.
You pride yourself on the service you provide your clients, and you know it's hard to do this with over-stretched targets and expectations above your head.
A cracking role has presented itself in the market to inherit a £250k - £300k income book of commercial business. Not only will you have a loyal client base to service, you will become a specialist in your dedicated market and be an integral part of this rapidly expanding Independent Broker.
You are probably thinking "clients within the transport sector are overly price driven, and they move Broker's every single year".
We would like to assure you that the clients you will be inheriting, have been with the Directors' of this business for many years, so there will be very low risk of them moving to a competitor.
Joining as a Client Service Director, you will use your technical ability and advice-led service to get to know your new client base and be there to support them when and where required.
You will have no sales targets or growth expectations that you will be accountable for, but the potential for you to grow your book even further would be encouraged.
This highly rated broking business will play to your strength, which is providing exceptional service to your client base whilst working with your Senior Directors who will actively win business for you to retain.
Your book of business will mainly consist of clients within the transport sector. For example, you could be dealing with a Haulier one day, or a large motor fleet the next. Average income size between £7k - £8k.
That said, the book is likely to diversify so if you have experience in other lines of business this would be attractive.

You'll be working with 2 honest, charismatic business leaders who are passionate in innovation and building an asset within the insurance sector.
As a 21st Century Broker, their company prides themselves on offering the very best in customer service, supporting and creating unique risk management packages for their clients to suit their individual needs.
They are hugely passionate in providing exceptionally slick documentation to their client base and ensuring they are the ''go to' Broker within their space.
The business are well on track to achieve their 3 - 5 year growth plan, which means senior management positions are likely in the pipeline This means, the opportunity may progress into a larger role in future.
As a hugely important part of their business, they have made it clear to us that they are keen to reward people well for their hard work and results.
For the chosen candidate, they will offer a basic salary up to £50,000 + car allowance + benefits package. Other benefits / bonuses to be disclosed at the next stage.
You will also enjoy an agile / flexible working arrangement and be fully trusted to do a good job.
To be considered, what experience do you need?
You'll be an experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor / Account Executive interested in moving into more of a servicing role
You'll be passionate in providing exceptional client service and will have a track record of achieving a strong client retention rate.
Unfortunately if you do not have a commercial broking background, you will not be considered for this role.
This is certainly a rare and attractive proposition for the right person (of course, if you prefer winning new, new business it's probably not your cup of tea!)
