The main attribute for this particular role is to have a drive for new business, although you will be be given some clients to service clients alongside this.
Ideally you will have external experience selling commercial insurance however this is not essential, Account Handlers with a new business focus would be happily considered.
With experience across a range of commercial insurance customers, you will be familiar with local people and businesses in the area. This local knowledge will be essential when pipelining and planning your approach.
