Well, if you are in Cumbria or the South of Scotland, you're in luck and let me explain why.
Here you'll be joining this Carlisle based brokerage as part of a major succession plan to service and grow their clientele of SME and large corporate level business.
The existing local MD is a major figure in the local market and has recently had significant investment into the business from a major £100m GWP UK brokerage.
This MD has created a detailed, technical and value-based client proposition which has allowed him to retain some of the best large scale businesses across the North of England.
Not bad for a small independent brokerage in Carlisle.
The next phase of the business here is to utilize the enhanced services and market clout to develop the clientele and team locally.
You'll play a major part of the client management work here with a remit to service and help shape the new business strategy, fully supported and mentored by the skilled MD.
And with a clear succession plan in place, you'll have a defined path ahead to lead the local region and reserve your own seat at the wider group boardroom table if you want to really drive your career.
The local team already has a team of 6 handlers and claims professionals in place to support all the technical and administrative work, meaning you can crack on here with what you do best.
So, if you are an Insurance Executive looking for a new challenge in a business which has local values at its core, but with some serious clout behind it, then we should be chatting.
