As a Fleet Commercial Underwriter within our National Trading Centre (NTC) based in Manchester, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionising how we engage with broker portfolios. Your responsibilities will include fostering responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships to drive growth and profitability in key markets. Equipped with advanced data, insights, and mobile decision support tools, you'll have the autonomy to make well-informed decisions and achieve impactful results.

In this dynamic position, you'll:

• Underwrite new and existing Mid-Market business profitably and consistently.
• Cultivate trading relationships with brokers to maximise financial results and identify new business opportunities.
• Present our capabilities to brokers and end customers, securing new business ventures.
