We are seeking to add to our team in our North West region a team player who loves achieving success, puts the customer first and can be a key contributor to our offices fantastic and unique culture.
This role will inherit an established book of business with ambitious targets to continue to grow the book and long term succession planning for the business. It is important that you are able to service existing clients whilst also creating new revenue.
Manage the renewal process for your existing clients, understand any changes needed and providing an excellent customer experience
Maintain and grow your book of business by chasing and securing new business leads, attending networking events and proactively developing new opportunities
Openly discuss renewal terms with customers and seek alternatives to discuss with them.
Visit with clients to ensure excellent customer service is received and their needs are fully understood and satisfied
Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, use sound judgement to recommend them if appropriate.
Your Skills, Experience And Qualifications
Holding/working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII (Further training will be provided)
Strong knowledge of client market and commercial insurance industry, specialist knowledge in PI would be highly advantageous
