Insurance Broker Administrator

IDEX are exclusively working with a forward thinking, nimble insurance Broker with a national footprint who are looking to achieve growth through attracting the best talent in the UK retail space.

We have an Insurance Account Administrator opportunity for their central Bristol office. This position is a direct result of successful hiring and growth over the past few months. Its foundations have been built on dynamic Account Executives securing business using effective insurance programs and transparent consultative advice.

You will work closely with the Account Executives delivering a strong client focused service in relation to processing policy documents, invoicing and managing the administration process for renewals and MTA's. This is a role within a growing team and the opportunity to make this role work for you in very much there within the longer term, if desired.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in an insurance environment and be able to demonstrate competent technical levels in processing general insurance renewals. You MUST have experience of Acturis. Be proficient in Word and Excel with strong organisational and have experience complying with relevant FCA regulations.

This position is immediately available and will be based within their Bristol offices 2-3 days a week with the option of home working. Flexibility around start and finish times can be considered.
