IDEX are delighted to be partnering with one of the world's leading insurance Brokers, Aon on the search for a Head of Advisory for their SME/Commercial business in the UK.
The role will be to take full responsibility for the lower value, higher volume transaction business which spans SME through commercial to smaller mid corporate clients in the UK market. You will have full control of the P&L of the business, with a goal to drive an already substantial sized Commercial Broker towards significant growth over the medium to long term.
Experience of managing a P&L is essential, as is an expert knowledge and track record in leading a Commercial Broking business in a similar client size segment, with the understanding of how to evolve and develop the businesses platform to suit the needs of clients both now and in to the future.
