An opportunity to join a global insurer based in the City of London. As part of the Risk Management Division you will be responsible for effective coordination and administration of risk engineering related services.

Role summary

  • To support the field based risk engineers in the UK & Europe.
  • Assist the Head and Deputy of Risk Engineering Services
  • Allocate survey requests to engineers
  • Distribute completed risk surveys to brokers and underwriters
  • Manage invoicing
  • Generate various internal management reports
  • Be a focal point for clients, engineers, brokers and underwriters
  • Maintain and support the risk reporting platform
  • Provide administrative support in key client meetings
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Manage ad hoc projects

This role will suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and is very organised and able to prioritise work. Strong communications skills are essential together with a confidence around I.T. systems.

Strong Excel skills are essential, and knowledge of SQL Reporting Services and Power BI would be useful.
