I am delighted to bring to market a unique opportunity for an ambitious Senior Account Executive/Sales Manager/Director to lead the sales team for a premium insurance broking brand.
With 80 local offices, over 2000 team members and over 100,000 customers, my client has the largest footprint and biggest sales force in the UK broker market.
The successful candidate with have a track record of delivering new business or managing a new business team in the SME/mid corporate space and be based in the South East Kent/Essex/Surrey.
This role is based in either Sevenoaks or Ashford offices with some flexibility for WFH.
Your role as Sales Director/Manager for the South East of England will mean you are responsible for delivering the new business growth target plus training and development of your sales team.
To be considered for this position you should have a proven track record in sales leadership, gained within a commercial or corporate insurance brokerage. You will display highly developed leadership skills with an emphasis on being able to both plan strategically as well and drive through results at the ground floor of the business.
