Due to succession planning (impending retirement), the Managing Director of a well-known Regional Brokerage in Leicestershire is looking to recruit a Senior Account Executive to take on an established book of clients.
These aren't just any generic commercial clients, the book of business you'll be inheriting will have a bias towards the Water industry. This means you'll be used to looking after quite complex, corporate clients and have quite a diverse set of broking/placement skills.
Having an experienced, solid team of Account Handlers behind you, you'll be an experienced commercial or corporate Account Executive who will be confident in delivering on client retention and organic growth targets.
There will be a gradual handover within the first year, and the book size you'll be looking after will range from £220k - £270k income.
A negotiable salary is on offer and this will all depend upon the level of experience you possess, qualifications and personal ambitions.
