This one is a client facing position where you'll benefit straight away from inheriting a profitable book of business worth over £150k income.
Your new clientele will include a mix of SME accounts across a range of sector including food & drink, construction, engineering, property, offshore and professional services.
And as part of the remit here you will be involved in the growth of the book, however you'll have full support in that area too.
The Executive team here benefit from a pipeline management team who will feed you with quality leads which you can influence as much as you want.
That combined with a dedicated field based BDM who is completely focused on targeting key accounts in the region, will mean your development remit is fully supported.
The offices in Newcastle are modern and house local claims, broking and technical support although you have the flexibility to come to the office as much as you want.
Training and career development are high priority for the guys here also. In fact, their current Executive Director has developed through the ranks to now lead the division.
Ideally, you'll have a background as a Commercial Executive for this one.
