Your background in a intermediary focused role will be crucial here as you build effective relationships with the key people in your broking Partner businesses, becoming an integral part of their operation.
Understanding their growth trajectory, acquisition strategy and market movement will form your day to day here in order to maximise their usage of the platform and identify areas how they can use it better.
And further to the core remit, you'll have scope to play a leadership role within the team, developing and leading several of the less experienced BDMs.
In this home based role, you'll enjoy the start-up vibe of the business but take comfort in their already significant track record in the insurance space.
Ideally you'll be based around the Midland or South of the UK.
