Based at Keynsham Civic Centre

The Avon Pension Fund is a multi-employer fund administered by Bath & North East Somerset Council. With a current value of approximately £4 billion, it is one of the largest local authority funds in the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within The Avon Pension Fund to become the Team Leader of the Employer Relationship Team. The post holder is responsible for running the team who support and train our scheme employers, assisting them in understanding and carrying out their pension regulatory responsibilities under the Local Government Pension Scheme and in accordance with service level agreements.

This challenging role would suit an outgoing, confident person who has proven experience in managing teams, client relationships, delivering presentations and training sessions, ideally within the pensions or finance industry.
